How we work

How a projectruns.

A clear process, one point of contact, and joinery made in our own workshop. Here's what to expect at each stage.

You deal with one team from the first visit to the final snag. The people who draw your joinery make it, and the people who make it fit it.

Seven stages

  1. Enquiry

Send us a few details through the contact form or by email. We'll reply within one working day to arrange a call.

  2. Site visit and brief

We visit, measure up and talk through what you need, your budget and your timescale. There's no charge for this first visit.

  3. Design

We develop layouts, finishes and joinery designs with you. For larger projects there is a design fee, credited against the build if you go ahead.

  4. Quotation and programme

You get a fixed, itemised quotation and a programme with key dates. Nothing starts until you're happy with both.

  5. Manufacture

Joinery is made in our Downpatrick workshop. You can visit to see pieces before they're finished.

  6. Installation

Our own team installs the work. On larger projects you'll have a named project manager and weekly progress updates.

  7. Handover and aftercare

We walk round with you, fix any snags and hand over care information. Our joinery carries an X-year guarantee.

What you can expect from us

  • One point of contact

A named person who knows your project and answers your calls, from the first visit to handover.

  • Fixed, itemised prices

You see exactly what is included. If something changes, we price the change before doing the work.

  • Tidy, safe sites

Method statements, risk assessments and a clean site at the end of each day, especially in occupied buildings and homes.
