What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, project location, budget, timescale and a description of your project.
How we use it
We use these details to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide a quotation and carry out the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to X months if no work goes ahead, and project records for X years for accounting and legal reasons.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. When you send an enquiry, it passes through our website host, Cloudflare, and is emailed to us using Resend. Both process it on our behalf and don't keep it for their own purposes. Our email is provided by Google Workspace.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us at the address above. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
